Gift with purchase

A free gift that the cart adds, removes and corrects on its own as the order total changes. Everything happens in the cart drawer.

Add any product to the cart.
The cart drawer opens with a gift banner showing how much more you need to spend and a progress bar.

Keep adding products, or raise a quantity, until the bar fills.
The gift joins the cart by itself. Its line reads Free and has no quantity control, so there is only ever one.

Lower a quantity so the cart drops back under the threshold.
The gift is removed for you and the banner returns to showing your progress.

Qualify again, then remove the gift yourself.
It stays removed instead of being forced back in, and the banner offers a button to add it again.

Open the gift's own product page.
It can't be bought directly. The add to cart button is replaced with a note that it is a free gift only.

02Checkout

Custom blocks built on Shopify's checkout extensibility, running inside the secure checkout itself.

With items in the cart, continue to checkout.
The free gift carries through to the order summary at no charge.

Enter any shipping address to reach the delivery step.
The eco-shipping and localized delivery options appear alongside Shopify's own, with no redirect or iframe.

Stop there and close the tab.
It is a development store, so there is nothing to pay for and no order needs to be placed.
