How I work
From conversation to launch.
Most features pass through meetings, a brief, a designer and a developer before they ship, possibly losing key details at each hand-off. Working as both developer and designer, I can cover all four steps so the right feature that goes live.

Start in the business meeting
Not just reading the ticket that comes out of it. We talk through what the company wants from the feature, who it's for, and what a good result looks like before anything is designed or built.
- 02Design
A first concept in Figma
From there I can go straight into Figma, working with AI models connected to the file through Figma's MCP servers and set up with the right skills and harness, so there's a real design concept to react to quickly.
- 03Iterate
Refine until sign-off
We iterate on that concept together until it's signed off. I can take landing pages and hero concepts from idea to execution, bringing the design and build together end to end.
- 04Ship
Build it - Ship it
I take features from implementation through testing and production deployment, making sure everything validates before going live. From first conversation to launch, I can deliver on each step.
Design
A concept you can react to, not a document to imagine.
It's easier to decide what you want once you can see it. Instead of a long spec, I can supply an actual design built in Figma, using AI tooling connected directly to the file, which we can then shape & iterate together.
- Landing pages, hero sections & large features taken from first draft to sign-off
- Initial concepts built in Figma, so they're easy to review, comment on and change
- What gets signed off is what gets built, with no translation step between
- I then deliver a clean stable deployment once the full build is complete

The setup around the model
A model is only as useful as what surrounds it. I build that harness: the right model and skills for the job, MCP servers that link it to tools like Figma and the codebase, and the workflows, validations and guardrails that make AI-assisted development reliable enough for production.

Agents, briefed and managed
Software development has changed, and I've adapted how I work at each step. I use LLMs and AI agents every day, handing them tasks with a clear brief and reviewing what comes back. They speed the work up; the judgement stays with me.

One accountable lead
Agents or fellow developers, I lead the build the same way. I'm glad to manage another developer on a project. I just ask to keep managerial control, because that's what lets me promise a stable outcome.
